Ordering & Products
Where are Wild Reign Creations products made?
Wild Reign Creations designs are created by me and produced through trusted print-on-demand production partners. This allows me to offer a variety of products and designs without maintaining a large inventory at home.
Each item is made to order, so your product is created specifically for you after you place your order.
Are the designs original?
Yes! The artwork and concepts you see in the Wild Reign Creations shop are designed specifically for the brand. Many of the designs are inspired by my background as a biologist, my love of wildlife and the outdoors, motherhood, or random life moments that made me laugh.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! If you have an idea you'd like me to put on a certain product, I'm happy to bring it to life you. Or if there's an existing design you'd like to see on a different product, please let us know. Any custom designs can be submitted in our "CONTACT" form.
Are your products actually nature-inspired?
Most of them are! 🌿
Wildlife, plants, natural history, and outdoor adventures are a huge part of what inspires Wild Reign. But not everything needs to be serious or educational. Some designs are simply inspired by a funny idea, everyday life, motherhood, or something I thought was too cute/weird/funny not to turn into artwork.
Do you design everything yourself?
Yes. Wild Reign Creations is my little creative project, and I create the artwork and concepts behind the designs.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product and design you want, select your size/color/variant where applicable, and add it to your cart. Proceed through checkout to complete your purchase.
Once your order is placed, it will be sent to the production partner responsible for creating your item.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because products are made to order, orders may enter production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
I can't guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has begun.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Absolutely! Just add each item to your cart before checking out.
Keep in mind that because different products may be produced at different facilities, items in the same order may sometimes arrive in separate packages.
That is normal for print-on-demand orders and doesn't necessarily mean something is missing.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Because Wild Reign products are made to order, there are two parts to the process:
1. Production time — your item is created after you place your order.
2. Shipping time — once your item is finished, it is handed off to the carrier for delivery.
Exact production and shipping times can vary depending on the product, destination, and time of year.
I recommend checking the shipping information provided at checkout for the most current estimated delivery date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Wild Reign Creations ships within the United States. I hope to expand shipping options in the future!
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when tracking is available.
Please remember that tracking information may take a little time to update after the package leaves the production facility.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package appears to be significantly delayed, reach out to me and I'll help you figure out what's going on.
My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with anyone else in your household. Sometimes packages are placed somewhere less obvious or marked delivered shortly before they actually arrive.
If you still can't locate it, contact me and I'll help you determine the next step.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item because I ordered the wrong size?
Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, returns and exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing may be limited.
Please check the store's Return Policy before ordering and review the size chart carefully.
If you're unsure about sizing, I'm happy to help you choose a size before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.
I'll work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If something isn't right with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Send me your order number and a photo of what you received, and I'll help get things sorted out.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes sizing information specific to that item. Please check the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between product styles and manufacturers.
For children's clothing especially, I recommend comparing the measurements to a garment that already fits your child well.
Do your products run true to size?
Fit can vary depending on the specific garment. Product pages include information about the fit whenever it is available.
When in doubt, check the individual product's size chart rather than assuming the same size will fit identically across every product.
Product Care
How should I wash my Wild Reign clothing?
Care instructions can vary by product, so please follow the care instructions listed on the individual product page.
In general, many of the garments are designed to be machine washed cold and tumble dried on low.
Can I put my mug/tumbler in the dishwasher?
This depends on the individual product. Check the product description for specific care instructions before putting drinkware in the dishwasher or microwave.
